Every year Elizabeth and David Beck return to Lake Charmaine, a place that bas been a part of their lives ever since they were children. But on their thirteenth visit, Elizabeth is kidnapped and murdered, while Davis is left for dead. For the next eight years, Dr David Beck relives the horror of what happened every day of his life.
