Someone is targeting FBI agents across the country. One by one they fall prey to this ruthless killer. Agent Mac Morris takes the killings personally when she reveals the dead agents were members of her graduating class at Quantico. The closer they get to identifying the sniper, the more danger Mac finds herself. Once the sniper feels threatened, he sets his sights on Mac.
