Jamaica Jones' ice cream shoppe has new competition opening across the street. It's the last thing she needs just when she's about to pay off the loan from her elderly father. She's livid when she finds out her high school ex-boyfriend, Ronnie Caswell is behind the competing venture. Ronnie Caswell is attempting a modern-day revival of his grandparents ice cream and confection shop on the same location it was twenty years ago.
