Lucius is a natural philosopher living in the Blue Mushroom Cavern in AlTerra. Having spent most of his adult life inventing ways to make life easier for others, Lucius stumbles upon teleportation technology. However, a man is murdered using Lucius' teleporting ring and he must clear his name of any wrongdoing. Unfortunately, there are forces beyond Lucius' control involved. Can he clear his name? And at what cost? Or is there some third possibility not yet considered?
