Lynn was supposed to be born limbless. Her parents meddling fixed that, but left her conless, and with a rare condition known as LMRS. There wasn't anything they could do about her LMRS, but they did have a plan to fix her conlessness, which led to her discovery of one of the Prime Elect's biggest secrets: that their planet would soon be destroyed by the Imperian Fragment.
