New this year ! Longer, more in-depth texts for the Two and Three Star restaurants. More than 1,500 restaurants have been selected, from cosy bistros to luxury restaurants. Those that really stand out are given awards. This year there are over 175 Starred restaurants (from 1 to 3) and more than 145 Bib Gourmands, which offer good quality food at a great price. Look out too for our Plates, which identify restaurants offering a good meal, and our Pubs, which indicate good quality food in a pub setting, from country inns to urban gastropubs.
