Imagine the stress leaving your body as each muscle eases. Without making an excessive amount of conscious effort, attempt to relax each muscle group in turn. Stop frowning and start letting go of your arms, hands, shoulders, and jaw. You can attain a state of deep relaxation where the awareness is quieted and repressed and that still, little voice from the unconscious can come through by methodically relaxing your muscle groups.
If you have problems relaxing your muscles one at a time, picture your body as a collection of inflated rubber balloons. Your legs start to sag until they resemble two flattened rubber tires as two valves in each of your feet open. Then, your chest valve is opened, and your entire trunk becomes limp as the air departs. Proceed with your neck, head, and arms. When your body is completely slack, take a calm, deep inhale from your stomach.
The air in your lungs. Inhale gently, followed by a slow exhalation. Do it till you're completely at ease and uninhibited. Having a passive attitude: you must clear your mind. Don't spend too much time thinking about the thoughts as they go through your mind. Find a sitting position: that is comfortable enough for you to hold for at least 15 minutes. Relaxation and meditation can help you become the conduit through which any issue resolves itself.
Beta waves are faster and shallower than the alpha waves generated by this technique. If you can put your brain into an alpha state, you will begin to generate and attract solutions because alpha waves calm your mind and allow you to notice the solutions that are already present.
