Jean-Michel Cohen, MD, PhD, is the foremost nutrition specialist in France. His best-selling books on general nutrition and weight loss-over 1,25 million copies sold-have been translated into nine languages. Dr Cohen appears regularly on French television and in the press as a consultant on nutrition-related subjects, he hosted reality TV programs on weight loss, and appeared on the French edition of Top Chef.
In 1986, he created the hrst interdepartmental consultation tenter on ohesity in France. He has treated 30,000 patients for nutrition-related concerns in his médical practice and his online coaching website has motivated 500,000 subscribers to lose weight.
