Daniel S. Bromberg is a psychologist and managing partner of Special Psychological Services in Bloomfield, New Jersey, specializing in child and adolescent clinical psychology. Licensed in New Jersey and New York, he is ABPP board certified in cognitive and behavioral psychology, and a certified school psychologist in New Jersey. He has previous experience as a clinical and forensic psychologist for a medical center, and as a school psychologist in the public school system.
William T. O'Donohue is professor of psychology and adjunct professor of psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of Nevada, Maine, and Indiana. Author or editor of over 50 books and over 120 peer-reviewed articles in the areas of clinical psychology, forensic psychology, and healthcare, he currently serves as an advisor to the American Psychiatric Association DSM-V work group on sexual and gender identity disorders.
