Raja Yoga or the Royal Way is the organized union of the human mind with the area of the transcendental frequency-state. Socrates, or rather the Platonic Socrates, calls it stochasmos (intense focusing or concentration or meditation). This is the most suitable word to use. Only through stochasmos can the mind locate its third side, the hyper-conscious side. Then, the conscious and the subconscious sides completely recede to the back of the mind and leave the hyper-conscious in full control, which leads humans to the proper frequencies so that they become capable of sensing higher stimuli.
At the same time, it is harmony and perfection itself. The entrance of anyone in the vibrations of these frequencies will culminate in their being eternal from that moment on. They will feel perfection and will vibrate with harmony itself. There is no need for any special equipment. Determination and genuine enthusiasm are the only things needed. Take this system, this holy gift, in your hands without fear and head towards the dawn, illuminated by the light of knowledge.
