One of the greatest military leaders in the world's history, the French general and emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte appears to same almost the same thoughts of leadership with Lao Tzu. "When I give a minister an order, I leave it to him to find the means to carry it out." For him, leadership is not about directing people all the way through getting a job done.
Being a leader involves choosing the right men to do the right job and letting them do it their way.
