She is the owner of A New You Self Care Coaching Services. She is also the Associate Professor of Sociology at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College in Bowling Green, KY.
She attended Morehead State University where she received her bachelor's and master's in social science and education, and a master's in sociology and criminology where she focused on cultures and counseling. She spent her collegiate career studying the supernatural and metaphysical in her history, mythology, sociology, and criminology classes.
