Deciphering the Power of Money

Why is it so influential in our lives?The money is the best human invention, which competes with the domain of the fire and the writing. It is an exceptional instrument of exchange, savings and valuation, which allows the functioning of the modern world, being a relevant economic and financial medium, throughout history. In this sense, in this literary work, it is expected to decipher the complex issue of the power of money, seeking answers to these questions:Why is money so influential in our lives?Can we live in a world without money?In this regard, in order to understand the relevance of money, it is absolutely necessary to analyze the human nature and to have notions about what a human being is.
The Chapter II. The Human Being covers various topics (the human needs, the human rationality, the human egoism, the meaning of life, the pursuit of happiness, the trap of Postmodernity and the essence of the human being), which help to understand how we are and why we give so much importance to the money. While the Chapter III. The Money includes these issues: a) the definition of money, b) a brief history of money, c) the relevance of money, d) the disadvantages of money, e) the money and the happiness, and f) a world without money.
In the Chapter IV. Conclusions, there is an emphasis to decipher the power of money in our lives and in this world, taking into account its remarkable influence, structuring the conclusions in five parts: a) the money and the human beings, b) the money and the happiness, c) the money and the Christianity, d) the money and the society, and e) the final conclusions. And in the Chapter V. Recommendations, certain guidelines are proposed on how to act, in order to have a full and satisfactory life, mitigating the powerful influence of money.
Certainly, the power of money originates from our human nature and the great benefits that this instrument brings, and maybe, we can live in a world without money, but it would be very difficult for us to survive in it (we can´t go without money). Finally, money isn´t good, nor bad, rather it is neutral. What has generated innumerable problems is the excessive love for money, the ambition to obtain it and its inappropriate use.
Moreover, the Christianity does not censor money, what it condemns is the love of money, and insists on using and administering it properly, without trusting in riches and in the false god money.
