Kasama Tsuneo is an immigration officer in Tokyo, struggling to live 'normal' life after a mysterious event chat happened eight years previously, on the other side of the world, in Portland, Oregon. With his arranged marriage looming. his new life is disrupted by the presence of a strange voice - a woman who is trying to contact him without ever quite revealing herself.
