Anna is spirited, stubborn and somewhat unladylike, the exact opposite of what her groom Matthew was hoping for in a wife. She believes she is as capable as any man and she is not afraid to throw punches. She sees life as an adventure and is too excited for the next chapter in her life as a wife. Unsurprisingly, when she arrived in Rosewood and did not find her groom; she rode unaccompanied and went after him.
