Time is one of those things in our life that everyone on our planet needs, uses, sometimes abuses and more times than not, just run out of (you guessed it) TIME. This little book was written at a bad time in my life when everything you could imagine was falling to pieces, being upset and dragging both my wife and I down a road I did not like and making me super aggresive. One day she said "Write a book about what is bugging you and add a way to fix it, if you can." Needless to say it took a while, was not pretty in the begining but slowly as I was writing it I started calming down, became more reasonable and eventually after about five months things in our life started to fall into place and calm returned to our household and the only reason I could attribute to our new found peace was the 'little' book I was writing while practicing what I was 'writing'.
I needed to share it and if it helped only one person or family out there...... job well done.
