Résumé

With a relationship on the rocks, Bob hires a taxi to take him home. The driver, Ana, is a sympathetic listener to whom Bob pours out the desires that drove his girlfriend away. As they talk, Ana feels herself falling for this handsome musician. In the end, Bob learns that Ana has something to offer him that will fulfill his deepest erotic desires."While it's terrible when a relationship dies, it can be the door to a new and better relationship.
It happened to me when Julie ended it for us."She shook her head. "I don't know what's going on in your mind, Bob, " she said. "You need to figure out what you want. I don't think it's really me."I didn't say a word. I just finished getting my clothes on. I found my shoes and coat. I retrieved my cello in the other room - I'm in a professional orchestra in New York City . My last glimpse of Julie was from the door.
She didn't look at me, but sat on the bed, partly covered by the sheets and blanket, tears trailing from her eyes to drip down to her lovely breasts."Goodbye, " I whispered as I closed the door after me. I used an app too get a cab on the elevator. I got my confirmation by the time I reached the lobby. I waved to the concierge as I pushed through the front door of Julie's building and waited for the cab on the curb.
I never went back. The taxi that the ride-sharing app was a medium sized Japanese sedan. Not too big on the outside, but with a good bit of room inside. I opened the back door and slid my cello across the bench seat. I said to the driver, "I hope you don't mind if I ride up front."The driver, who I had just enough time to notice was a woman waved me in. "Not a problem, sir, " she said in a mellifluous voice that seemed just a couple of note too low to be true.
I shut the rear door and slipped in the front."You're Bob?" she asked."That's right, " I said, as I pulled the belt around and buckled up. Then I turned to her to say hello and stopped, speechless. Holy shit! She was gorgeous! She glanced at me as she put the car in gear. "Hi, " she said. "I'm Ana.""I'm, Bob, " I stammered."Yes, you mentioned that a moment ago." She was smiling, on the verge of a laugh.
"Well let's go.""Right, " I said, as I fastened my belt."Yonkers, " she said, and she rattled off my address."Right." The dome light was still on. I admired her beauty. She was tall, tall enough to keep her seat pulled back from the wheel. Her legs were slender and flawless - a fact I could attest to because she wore a fairly short skirt. Her elegant hands caressed the wheel as she prepared to pull away.
And her face... Well, she caught me staring. He slight smile brightened when she turned to me. "You might want to shut your door, " she said."
