The Torpedo Method is a tool box that helps you organize your solicitation. There are more poorly organized professionels than bad salespeople. In the course of my career, I have met productive people who had the talent to convince a prospect. What astonished me most was to see how ill-prepared these talented people were in their solicitation work: no sales goals, no game plan, no lists of valid prospects and really no means to follow up on the recent solicitation efforts.
