Résumé

Dr. Brien has served in India as a scientist from the year 1921-1929, one of the most turbulent years in Indian history. India has already witnessed the emergence of that half naked fakir as Churchill will call him later and who will one day will be called Mahatma Gandhi or the person with a great soul. For most westerners, India was a land of snow clad mountains, mysterious yogis and tigers or snakes.
During his stay in India, he meticulously made entries in his diary, gifted by his father. He has witnessed many strange and unbelievable incidents, loving people, wickedness and above all India`s uncharted soul with its mystery and meaning. The present story is collected from his diary telling one of such strange incidents which has no explanation.
