Once a year, Ruby's village offers a virgin bride to the Scrak invaders to keep them from plundering their lands. Nobody knows what happens to the brides, where they're taken, or if they even survive. This year, Ruby is selected to step aboard the Scrak airship. Being a virgin, Ruby has no idea what's in store for her as a bride, especially one intended for aliens. All she knows is that she must please her captors to stay in their good graces.
However, she has no idea there is another captive aboard the airship, and there's more to him than meets the eye...
