The Path to the Growing Forward Experience is a unique presentation of real-life storytelling, facts, and a guide to one of the infinite possible ways to heal yourself and align on multi-healing processes. It has been acquired through my life experiences working with various coaches, shamans, priests, and Rabbis that I have worked with. They all impacted me, so I merged everything into my unique perspective, which became The Growing Forward Experience.
It's a journey, a way to help others heal, and ultimately a guide. More than that, it includes my story at a very personal, compassionate, and subjective level from where I am today versus when living and growing through the experience. My gift is authentic in it explains my way of life. These are the tools I use actively to stay connected and stay true to myself as much as possible. Self-forgiveness letters help me release emotions, and journaling helps me understand the dynamics and roles of the situation objectively.
It's all about taking the time to understand ourselves. The more we can understand ourselves, the more we can understand others.
