Résumé

Although I am coming to believe that there is only the present moment and that the past and the future do not exist I was motivated to make a list of anecdotes of my experiences in time, space and form in the life of Richard as the hero of his dream of separation from source and then flush them out with Richard's recollections of each of them. This then is a reflection of Richard's illusory life story.
It is his recollection of these events and others who may have been there may have different recollections. Eckart Tolle says that most of us are addicted to our life story and consequently believe that we are the story and that the story is real and true. As I continue to awaken, I am finding that I am experiencing the life of Richard but that I remain as "I AM", the transcendent self at one with all that is.
I have enjoyed this process and I do find these recollections interesting and in most cases the memories are enjoyable, even laughable.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Richard Donnelly

My mom, Margaret (Peg) Baxter (from Peekskill, NY), went to nursing school in New York City and worked at NYC Hospital. One of her classmates and co-workers, Isabelle Donnelly (from Scranton, PA), introduced her to her brother Richard. They dated, got married and had a son Richard, the author of this book. About one year later, when mom was pregnant again, they moved to Scranton, PA. My two sisters, Margaret and Rosemary, were born in the next 2-3 years in Scranton.
Unfortunately, my father passed when I was five and my mother accepted a job in her hometown as the Superintendent of Nursing at the Peekskill Hospital. My sisters and I were placed in foster homes for about two years until my mother could arrange housing for the family. Once mom was promoted to Peekskill Hospital Administrator the family was together again and things returned to normal. Graduated from Peekskill High School.
