Résumé

A new high school is always a challenge, especially if you're an openly gay guy like Jacob.  It gets even more challenging when Jacob suddenly awakens to find himself ready to start a new prep school-in 1907, exactly one hundred years ago!  Fortunately for Jacob, the first person he meets is Grover, a helpful and friendly guy his age who can help him adjust to the new environment-and one whose attractiveness he can not ignore. Grover Tuttle, 'Gro' to his many friends, does not understand why this Jacob chap has such a queer way of speaking, nor why he seems to be so confused by the most ordinary things.  But the fellow is just the sort of boy that Grover likes, and is worth the effort to know. As Jacob gradually fits himself into the world of 1907-both like and unlike his own-he discovers possibilities in himself he had never imagined.   Who would believe he could become a football player and fall in love with the cheer-leader-Grover?  But how long can he get away with passing himself off as a native of this century?  And what can he do to get home again?  But then, if that means leaving Gro behind, perhaps he would prefer to stay after all.
