Résumé

Life is made of different stages of conflicts- it's easy for us to find ourselves in situations where we see no other option but to quit our own lives, as we see nothing beyond the battle we are in but a world of unending pain. A disordered biography of Man's personal life experiences affected by visscerally imagined fictional content discovered in his consciousness and subconsciousness. Man consciousness gets exposed to wild spaces; where He loses or finds 'Self'-Unsure of which direction to walk.
And a rolling tape of nightmares of the sort in which He views to be reality without knowing He's fallen asleep until awakes. He reaches the final stage in the end, proves the necessity to heal Man.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Thabang Mangwane

I discovered my passion for writing after I resigned from my second job. I began work on my novel that day when the idea awoke in my mind. Despite episodes of depression and anxiety, I wrote almost every day thereafter. Even when my world seemed to be coming to an end-an end that came to life startlingly in my nightmares-I did not cease writing; I never wavered. Something within me, something bigger than myself, I believe spared me.
Those thoughts faded each day, as I shifted my perspective towards life, and, true enough, I began to grow into my new 'Self'. Within a year of unemployment, my first manuscript had been completed. Then I realised that depression and anxiety get to us when we try to give birth to the ideal person we all have within ourselves. That change requires a massive shift, and that is when depression and anxiety take part.
The breakdowns may seem countless, but they are at the behest of a new person whose time to be born has come in the form of an end of all things, including yourself. Many break irreparably, but, for those few struck with inspiration, there could be light on the horizon; and that light is 'Self'.
