Résumé

In a time of rapid changes and successive events, young adults stand on the threshold of a turning point in their lives, a stage that combines the dreams of youth with the challenges of manhood and maturity. They represent a bridge that crosses this time to future horizons, carrying on their shoulders the weight of aspirations and tomorrow's bets. While they are busy weaving the threads of their dreams, they also have to face the fears and obstacles that may stand in their way towards achieving those dreams.
This transitional stage requires young adults to deeply analyze their hopes and aspirations, and to consider ways in which they can overcome the challenges posed by the circumstances of the times. This analysis is of great importance as it shows us, and them, what they should fear and what they can hope for. By delving into the depths of young people's life experience, we will address the influential factors and tangible transformations that shape their daily lives and define their path towards their future.
This article is an attempt to understand this complex dynamic, starting from aspirations and ending with the strategies used to confront fear and anxiety, with the aim of bridging the gap between young people's dreams and their reality, and how to build a sustainable future in a reality that sometimes seems imaginary with all its challenges and opportunities.
