One cold winter afternoon in the mid-90's as I was rocking my 3 year old daughter for a nap, I suddenly joked about how my nose is often cold in winter. I laughed and told her "I guess I should be wearing a hat on my nose." We both giggled and thought that was funny. It wasn't until the spring of 2004 that I wrote my first Ed story. Ed is chatty, genuine and wise. He is friendly and likeable. Ed likes to wear a hat on his nose everywhere he goes because it makes him feel great and because he thinks it brings him luck.
