Résumé

Learn the Secrets to Eating Healthy Without Suffering, Cravings or Being Hungry All the Time Most Americans have a high-calorie, low-nutrition diet filled with ultra-processed foods with excess sugar, additives and non-natural ingredients.  A diet like this leads to an imbalanced microbiome, which can result in  a state in which there is a major reduction in the diversity of your microbiome and/or an overgrowth of unhealthy bacteria, which causes weight gain, upset stomach, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, brain fog, inability to concentrate, anxiety and depression, and which can lead to serious disease.  This book will show you how to eliminate all those problems without having cravings, without suffering and without excess hunger.  By giving up the junk and processed food, you will feel better, be healthier and still be able to eat your fill of tasty foods.   Improve Your Health by Balancing Your Microbiome The human microbiome consists of up to 100 trillion symbiotic microbial cells in each person's body, which are primarily bacteria living in your gut.  These bacteria are key to digestion and metabolism, and your immune system.  They help you digest your food, extract the nutrients you need to absorb to survive, and produce some of the vitamins your body depends upon for survival. Simply put, if your microbiome is out of whack, which comes from ingesting food that feeds "bad bacteria" this will lead to fatigue, anxiety, depression, brain fog, headaches, acne, eczema, congestion, frequent headaches, colds and infection, and muscle and joint pain, and could lead to the development of more serious conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, auto immune diseases, metabolic syndrome, cancer and other disorders.  Balancing your microbiome, by consuming foods that feed your "good bacteria" is the key to prevention and even reversal of these diseases. Forget about Diets This book is not a diet.  It is a guide on how to change your life by eating right.  In the Western world, we have been conditioned to buy foods produced by industrial farming and processed by a handful of large food companies.  As a result, our diet is loaded with pesticides and non-digestible material that, in the long-run causes bloating, gas, irritable bowels, obesity, immune system deficiencies, diabetes and even cancer.  This book will get you on the right road to balancing your microbiome and taking back control over your health.  You will also learn about probiotic supplements, digestive enzymes, and supplementing your digestive juices with apple cider vinegar for a well-balanced microbiome. Delicious Recipes Included Don't know how to cook without using prepared foods?  This book contains simple to follow, healthy, tasty recipes that are easy to prepare and even better to eat. Start living the best life possible today and pick up your copy by clicking the Buy Now button now.  You will be glad you did.
