Dear Therapist: A Letter - E-book - ePub

Hey, doc, it's Jared. You must be wondering why I'm writing to you like this instead of calling, texting on message, or even coming in person for a session. I know that in the past couple of weeks, I haven't been very helpful in answering your questions. Therapy is supposed to be a place of comfort and a safe zone for me to open up and express my feelings, but I can't do that. Speaking to someone is hard like it's difficult for me to open up with my voice.
Whenever I try to talk, I'm scared to say the wrong things or sound crazy. So, writing this letter to your old school will help.
