I could clearly see that the book touched on the situation of the United States regarding politics, racism, and corruption. It also sheds some light on the organ trafficking issue across Syria, Turkey, and the whole of Europe. Kenneth wove a compelling story that made me laugh, yet kept me on edge because the suspense was killing me.
