As I walk through the forests behind my home, these stories of the Norse Gods would fill my head and keep me company, layering adventures in the gaps between the many tales that I knew so well. Seidr and the songs of vardlokkr did I envision as I perceived them being revealed to the Goddess Freyja. I imagined the exchange she might have made to win her beloved jewel, Brisingamen, and then how a war might have come to be waged against her race.
Many tales did unfold around this beautiful Goddess from her birth to how she might come to reshape the worlds. As these impressions would layer themselves within my thoughts, I came to know these Gods as if I had walked among them. As though I had sat at their fires and heard the exchange of their tales.
