Sarah and Alex, a recently engaged couple and very confident in their relationship. They had plans for the future, spent a great deal of time outdoors, something they both enjoyed. Alex had trained as an architect while Sarah was a successful photographer and visits to the park were stimulating for them both. The bear incident was unexpected but may not have resulted in severe injuries had Sarah and Alex been on the same page that day.
Alex had to travel out of town on business while Sarah remained at work having to entertain a client while he was away. One thing led to another although we do not know the circumstances but suffice to say, the unexpected occurred and Sarah woke up in a stranger's bed, totally oblivious as to how she arrived in this predicament. The guilt was overwhelming and Sarah confided in her best friend who advised her to confess.
The outcome of this affair was unexpected, leaving the reader to decide whether the relationship would survive.
