A Tale from Elsewhere is a tongue-in-cheek sci-fi romp that does not seek to reinvent the space wheel, but to provide an enjoyable foray into a world of interstellar adventure and weirdness, with a sprinkling of drama.
While it serves as an appetizer for more to come, this first instalment of the Aetherborne series is also a perfectly self-contained story, and easily digested as such.
