Robert A. Fimbel served as coordinator for the sustainable forests program at the Wildlife Conservation Society and is now Chief Ecologist at Washington State Parks. He has worked on tropical forestry-related conservation projects in Cameroon, Ecuador; Indonesia, Rwanda; Sierra Leone, and Uganda.
Alejandro Grajal is director of the Latin American and Caribbean program at the National Audubon Society and previously served as director of the Latin American programs at the Wildlife Conservation Society. He has worked on and managed conservation projects in twelve countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
John G. Robinson is Senior Vice President and Director of International Conservation programs at the Wildlife Conservation Society. His work has focused on the sustainable use of tropical forests, with a focus on commercial and subsistence hunting of wildlife. He is coeditor, with Elizabeth Bennett, of Hunting for Sustainability in Tropical Forests (Columbia 2000).
