The Alpha’s Mate

Half-a-decade ago, Tegan fled from her werewolf pack before she did something she would regret for the rest of her life. She left the love of her life; her claimed mate, behind, probably thinking she rejected her, but it had to be done. Or so it had seemed. Now she was back in town after discovering their alpha, Julian, had died in a plane crash. The pack would need her to become their leader, and she couldn't deny the thought of rekindling her romance with Ruby played a part in coming back.
It soon became obvious it wouldn't be as easy as that. Ruby avoided her, kept away from her, and troubles with other packs that were trying to muscle in on their territory made sure she didn't have time to pursue the other woman. Despite all that, Tegan knew eventually they would be together. They were fated to be as one. She just might have to grovel a little before it happened.
