It traces the emergence of Strategic Sovereignty, Adaptive Power, Invisible Geopolitics and Institutional Asymmetry, while preserving their analytical independence and identifying the deeper continuities connecting them.

Combining intellectual autobiography with theoretical reflection, the book explores how institutions accumulate knowledge, memory and capacity across time, and how writing itself becomes an instrument of discovery.
