The Trump junta war machine cabal of the Department of War wants to go to war with a drug trafficking apparatus in Venezuela that consists of infrastructure set up by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the late 1980's. The Cartel of the Suns are Venezuelan National Guardsmen that began their cocaine smuggling operation from Colombia into Venezuela after the CIA under U. S. President Ronald Reagan agreed that a Venezuelan intelligence unit headed by General Ramon Guillen Davila would make controlled deliveries of Colombian cocaine into Miami Florida after first purchasing this cocaine using the secret agents of his Bolivarian National Guard of Venezuela (GBN) to buy the cocaine from Colombian gangs of the Cali Cartel and subsequently storing this drug inside the Venezuelan Counternarcotics Center in Caracas, Venezuela.
