Résumé
During the Tet Offensive of 1968 during the Indochina conflict, U. S. war machine soldiers attempted to find the 48th Battalion of the Vietcong on a search and destroy mission to retaliate for Vietcong inflicted landmine attacks that occurred from Dec. 1967 to March 1968 and instead ended up attacking civilians in one of the worst episodes of the Vietnam War. U. S. military industrial complex arms merchants made lots of arms sales to the Pentagon during this war including Bell Helicopter and the Vietcong frequently attacked the helicopters with rocket-propelled grenades, which led to the arms industry developing a different type of machine guns for the helicopters.
