Résumé
Lowell Williamson, the husband of McGuire Sisters singing group member Dorothy McGuire, provided information to the FBI about the travels of Chicago Outfit crime boss Sam Giancana, who was visiting one of his girlfriends, McGuire Sisters member Phyllis McGuire at the Cal-Neva Lodge & Casino, co-owned by mafia crooner 'Ol Blue Eyes' Frank Sinatra. Giancana used the polygraph skills of his protege, the mafia hood cop Richard Cain, to find out who the informants were in a group of robbery suspects that were working for the Chicago Outfit so that Giancana could use hitmen to kill the people within the group of suspects that were talking to law enforcement investigators about a bank robbery that occurred in Franklin Park Bank in Franklin Park Illinois on Sept.
23, 1963. Read in this informative report about how Richard Cain, who was a U. S. Army Intelligence Officer, according to his FBI file, was working for the Chicago Cook County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit (SSIU) when he used a detective under his watch to submit the polygraph to the suspects in a motel room and ultimately submit the results of the lie detector tests to Sam Giancana.
Giancana helped obtain employment for Richard Cain in the Chicago Police Department to penetrate this agency for the mafia in 1956. Also read in this informative report about how Richard Cain covered up the May 1962 M&M murders conducted against burglars for Chicago Outfit mobster Frank Cullotta, Jimmy Miraglia and Billy McCarthy, as retaliation for Miraglia and McCarthy's triple murder shooting of the owners of Chicago's Rosemont village Black Door Lounge, in addition to an innocent cocktail waitress.
The Chicago Outfit murdered Jimmy Miraglia and Billy McCarthy because they shot the Scavo Brothers and the cocktail waitress in the Elmwood Park neighborhood not far from where the Black Door Lounge was located, without the permission of the Chicago mob, which chose Elmwood Park as the primary area for its top members to live. The Black Door Lounge was controlled by Chicago Outfit mobsters Tony Big Tuna Accardo and Paul Ricca.
Also find out what Chicago Outfit caporegime Marshall Caifano did as head of operations in Las Vegas to get members of the Chicago Mob banned from entering gambling Casinos in Las Vegas by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Members were banned after having their names, photos and biographies entered into a book known as the "Vegas Black Book."
