Résumé
ZRRIFLE was a program to assassinate Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro using organized criminals, initiated by CIA Officer William Harvey in November 1961. ZRRIFLE was run out of the cryptological counterintelligence shop (Staff D) in the Bureau of Foreign Intelligence. ZRRIFLE principal participants were criminal assassins such as Harold Happy Meltzer. Mexican drug trafficker Harold Happy Meltzer was a shooter for Chicago Outfit Lieutenant Johnny Roselli and was part of the ZR Rifle Program to assassinate Fidel Castro.
