Covert false flag operations to frame Fidel Castro for attacking U. S. military personnel on Guantanamo Bay Island were drawn up by the Joint Chiefs of Staff in a program known as OPERATION NORTHWOODS to create a pretext for U. S. military invasion of Cuba and Operation Mongoose plans to sabotage Fidel Castro using underworld dirty deep state mafia elements seeking revenge against Castro for shutting down their gambling operations were known by Robert Kennedy who was a part of the Special Group overseeing Mongoose that also included General Maxwell Taylor and CIA under cover military officer Edward Lansdale that RFK decided should head up the operation.
U. S. Empire has a long history of backing Cuban mercenary far-right wing saboteur groups against Castro. The Kennedys were a part of Operation Mongoose but rejected Operation Northwoods. Few people know what really happened on Chappaquiddick Island on July 18, 1969 where Ted Kennedy accidentally drove into the Poucha Pond, but Kennedy was not responsible for the death of Mary Jo Kopechne, according to a retired unnamed CIA operative who knows the real story of what occurred that night.
