Lemniscate

Lemniscata is a fast-paced action thriller. The author delves into and dissects the soul of a terrorist and his reasons for living and dying and the consequences of his actions, not so much to feel part of his victims, but perhaps to delve into the very existence of the executioner. With agile and exquisite literature, the author delves unapologetically into the labyrinth of life to investigate its meaning. He who lives by the sword dies by the sword; but is that all there is to it? A man takes possession of the lives of others and takes them away; but with what consequences for his own life? Is it possible that ideologies, political or social creeds are nothing more than traps or tests of that greater plot that is existence? Lemniscata deals with this dual aspect of man's days.
On the one hand, the linear story of his days, with his limiting concerns, his fallible beliefs, and his good or bad deeds; and on the other, the repercussions of each and every one of his actions and omissions in the context of an eternal samsara of reincarnations in which each one is transcendent and has an echo that will condition his successive existences. Everything is binary, and nothing is done, however insignificant or important it may be, that will not have its reward or punishment.
