Résumé
The notorious Ken Rex McElroy was a thug and convicted attempted murderer in Skidmore Missouri who started out his life as a petty criminal after dropping out of high school and working manual labor jobs. Ken Rex McElroy maintained the image of a strong old farmer who lived on a farm breeding hunting dogs, but in reality he was a crook and the town bully. In addition to ripping off the grain, alcohol, gasoline and antiques of farmers, the disgusting Kevin Rex McElroy had a penchant for making under-aged girls his love interest and would threaten the parents of these girls if they protested his marriage to these women, including one incident in which he shot the dog of the girl's parents and burned down their house because they did not want McElroy marrying their daughter.
McElroy had as many 10 children from four different wives. Ken Rex McElroy realized that he would never be wealthy like those who wore fancy clothes, lived in nice homes and drove shiny cars, so, rather than work for a living, he stole cattle and hogs from farmers and sold them at auctions to supplement his meager income as a trafficker and breeder of hunting dogs. Ken Rex McElroy had a hot shot Kansas City Missouri defense lawyer, Richard Gene McFadin, who McElroy paid with the proceeds from his criminal acts so this Skidmore, Missouri, thug did not have to go to jail.
However, after the violently out of control sadistic womanizer Ken Rex McElroy shot the town grocer in the neck with a shotgun, the citizen townspeople of Skidmore, Missouri, became fed up with Ken Rex McElroy's threatening, bullying tactics of terrorizing the town and decided to take vigilante justice into their own hands. For years, Ken Rex McElroy would get away with nefarious acts against the townspeople of Skidmore because there was only one town marshal, who McElroy threatened after he shot the town grocer on July 8th, 1980.
The town of Skidmore, population 437, had finally decided to get rid of Ken Rex McElroy. Find out in this informative report how Ken Rex McElroy's dirty deeds against the townspeople of Skidmore, Missouri, resulted in his own death in front of Skidmore's D & G tavern on July 10, 1981.
