When the Dallas Police Department search for the man who did not pay for his ticket in the double feature of "War is Hell" and "Cry of Battle" was over, Oswald was arrested and taken out of the front of the theater but a witness that owned another business called Hobby House located two stores east of the Texas Theater saw a man being arrested in the back of the theater and the media did not report this fact.

Tippit's murder on the corner of Tenth Street and Patton Avenue in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Texas to attempt to frame Oswald for Tippit's murder. Also read about how the shell casings found at the scene of Tippit's murder, which was conducted by a team of hitmen, did not match the handgun Dallas Police Department took off of Oswald at the Texas Theater and how the defective state of Oswald's handgun at the time of his arrest made his murder of Tippit an impossibility.
