Ex-CIA officer and intelligence operative for the Office of Naval (ONI) Intelligence Task Force 157 Naval Field Support Operations Group (NFOSG) Edwin P. Wilson used his connections in the intelligence and weapons world after retiring from the CIA to go into private business and recruited former U. S. Green Berets to train Libyan Col. Mad Dog Muammar-el-Qaddafi's terrorist commando forces in how to use explosives as part of his private enterprise operation.
Wilson also shipped C-4 plastic explosives to Qaddafi.
