Résumé

What is Sex?Sex is defined as separate male masculinity and female feminity in a human being. What is Sexual Intercourse?Sexual intercourse, also known as copulation or coitus, is commonly defined as the insertionof a male's penis into a female's vagina for the purposes of sexual pleasure or reproduction. Sexual Intercourse has been called a "two backed beast" by none other than Shakespearein his play Othello.
He was of course describing the normal position taken by an intimate couple using amissionary position. It is important to realize that the loving and intimate relationship of sexual intercourse isjust as important to the couple as well as the physical actTraditionally the term sex means the male and female form of the human species. In modern times, the term sex is now taken to mean any form of physical sexual activity.
Sexual activity can play a strong role in human bonding, often being used solely forpleasure and leading to stronger emotional bonds. The intimacy and touching in the sexual act relieves tension and other unwanted feelings. This breathing during the sexual intercourse improves blood circulation and massaging ortouching certain parts of the body encourages the production of substances called endorphins, the body's natural painkiller.
People who have a supportive sexual partner manage emotional or psychological distressbetter, live longer, and enjoy improved overall health. People who have a monogamous sexual partner will be free of the fear of sexuallytransmitted diseases. Sex and orgasms promote a long-term calming effect and help keep psychological balance. More importantly is the bonding and the healthy physical and emotional relationship theperson has with his soul mate that is called love.
A healthy sex life is an important matter in one's life.
