The small community of Port Clinton along Lake Erie has been plagued by an outbreak of vicious assaults focused on the middle-aged lesbian population. The Chief Detective on the case Lexi Frost and her partner Maggie had determined the perpetrator was a female who subjected her victims to all manner of humiliations during the assaults... Once the police were involved they discovered how clever the criminal was.
She never leaves a clue and her victims are left nude bearing signs of BDSM torture to their bodies. The attacks occurred nearly every night and continued over nearly two weeks, leaving the police clueless. Out of the blue, in the second week of the assaults, Detective Frost gets an early morning call from her partner teller her they have a break in the puzzling case. The police have found something the perpetrator left behind.
