Some women experience premenstrual syndrome. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is an extreme form of PMS where a woman could bite the head off her nearest and dearest friend without a qualm and spit the bits down the toilet without a thought. Unfortunately for Miranda, or Randi, her roommate and lover, Elena suffers with the extreme version, and Randi is tired of being Elena's punching bag once a month.
Randi makes a phone call to her friend Blake, and in short time she is packed and on her way to Blake's house, hopefully never to see Elena ever again. Randi is aware that Blake is straight and knows about Randi's predilections and seems fine with it. At Blake's after both take a shower, the two sit and talk over a glass of wine, trying to forget the event from earlier. As they chat, surprisingly, Blake asks Randi about lesbian sex and what it's like.
Having enough drama for the evening, Randi gives her friend a rather generic answer. Blake realizes she is dodging the answer and presses it. Randi goes so far as to give Blake more detailed information. Being as explicit as she can Randi describes her experiences as a lesbian. Her interest still not quelled, Blake presses the issue, giving Randi an uneasy feeling. Then Blake goes for broke, shocking Randi, who is not at all prepared for this.
