Biographie de Hélène Darroze

Owner and chef of two Paris restaurants, Marsan, on the rue d'Assas, and Jòia, on the rue des Jeûneurs, Hélène Darroze also manages the Hélène Darroze at The Connaught restaurant at the legendary Connaught Hotel in London. Chez moi, printemps-été [At My Home, Spring-Summer]is the seventh work published at cherche midi. Hélène Darroze is also the only woman member of the jury of the program Top Chef broadcast on M6 since 2015.
