The Tradwife Plot

Miranda only wants one thing: to be seen as the woman she really is, even as she's assigned to the male dorms. Simultaneously, the country's on edge as a new virus is spreading, infecting a small portion of the population. Symptoms include blonde hair, intense homemaking desires, and submissiveness toward men. Those who've caught the Rossiter virus become perfect tradwives, and it's not exclusive to women.
Men-and transwomen like Miranda's friend, Jen-have been changed too, becoming fully female in the process. Now, as Miranda is spending a weekend with her boyfriend and his bigoted tradwife mom Annie, she's acting strangely. She has spontaneous desires to clean, do laundry, and she's disgusted about her own punkish dressing style. The Rossiter virus could give her everything she's ever wanted, including a body to match her identity.
