Marriage isn't living up to Professor Evie Sawyer's hopes. She hasn't heard from her husband in over two months. Now in the third trimester, she fears she'll have to be a single mom. However, a new friend appears on her classroom floor: a purple slime-puddle that turns out to be a symbiotic entity, attaching to her body and merging with her, and becoming capable of reshaping her appearance in strange, exotic, slimy ways...
And influenced by her pregnancy, the slime-creature also entangles itself with one of her students, Kendall, who becomes another host of mutating body parts and otherworldly needs, creating a nonstop slimy mess.
